Refer a Friend Contest Rules
Each Calendar Quarter, plc ("NETELLER") will hold a Refer-A-Friend contest
(a "Contest"). In these rules, a "Calendar Quarter" means the period of time
between January 1 and March 31; April 1 and June 30, July 1 and September 30;
or October 1 and December 31, as the case may be, except that the Calendar Quarter
for the initial Contest will be from December 17, 2004 to March 31, 2005.
HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary online poker software. Any NETELLER member whose account is in
good standing will automatically be entered into the Contest in a Calendar Quarter
if the NETELLER member submits the email address of one or more individuals (a "Friend")
by clicking on the Neteller poker accounts - Refer a Friend bonus link online poker software - hold'em in the
QuickLinks menu in the member's account and, during the, one
of the Friends meets the following qualifications:
(i) the Friend is not, nor
has in the past been, a NETELLER member.
(ii) the Friend opens
a NETELLER account;
(ii) the Friend adds funds to the NETELLER
account; and
(iii) the Friend passes all of NETELLER's standard
identification and security verifications.
In addition on the
date of the draw, the Friend's account must be in good standing.
RANDOM DRAW AND PRIZE:
Within seven (7) days of the end of each
Calendar Quarter, a random draw will take place in which one
winner from all eligible entries entered into the draw during
the preceding Calendar Quarter will be selected to win US$10,000.00,
which amount will be added to the winner's NETeller account online poker software - tournament.
To become the winner, the selected entrant must be eligible according
to these rules of poker and must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing
question to be administered by telephone without mechanical aid
or assistance. In addition, on the date of the draw, the selected
entrant's NETeller account must be in good standing. Each Contest
will commence at 12:00 a.m. (EST) on the first day of each Calendar
Quarter and close at 11:59 p.m. (EST) on the last day of such
particular Calendar Quarter. Non-winning entries from any random
draw will not be carried over into subsequent prize drawings.
All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize
winners.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to individuals poker software online who are the age
of majority in the country, province or state in which they reside,
except residents of the Province of Quebec, Canada, the employees
of and its affiliated companies, the partners and employees
of Deloitte & Touche, LLP, and members of their respective
immediate families including persons with whom any of the foregoing
are domiciled, and individuals in geographic locations where
contests of this nature are prohibited.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS
NETELLER, ITS AFFILIATED COMPANIES, DELOITTE & TOUCHE, LLP, AND
THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS AND
AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OR ANY INJURIES, LOSS OR DAMAGE
OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONEST OR
ANY PRIZE WON.
The Contest and these rules are governed by the laws of the
Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable thereto.
